  I love Anthropologie, and was excited to spend my Friday night shopping the sale, but my mood was ruined by bad customer service. I understand that it was 8:00 PM on a Friday during a sale, and they were ready to get done, but the young girls working there were extremely aloof and rude. I went across the street to Madewell and got a completely different experience. I'm not sure if the girls just think they are too cool to help people, or what, but not one person offered to start me a dressing room or to help me. When I came back to return something they scoffed at me. I love the store, but they need to have some attitude training if they want me to shop at that location again.
