  A really crappy experience, spent $3.5k on a pellet stove, and they won't service it. "you'll have to find someone else, we're too busy". They were sure happy to take my 3.5k, but a year later they won't touch it. Avoid these people like the plague!

  I found the personal to be rude and short. They seemed to have no interest in taking time to explain things. They just expect you to slap down $3-4K with out asking any questions. Their service prices are ridiculous. Avoid this place unless you're a sucker.
