  Hugo, the owner, is not helpful. I purchased $25,000 worth of products from Hugo at Indochine. After he had my money, he was not helpful and ended up being very rude. That was a couple of years ago. I let it go until more recently I learned he refuses to stand behind his products. One item I purchased was extremely expensive, antique and requires exquisite care. When I inquired about him finishing the work he promised would be done to fix the bed, he refused to help me, wouldn't refer me to anyone who could help me and was unpleasant. Not the kind of experience I think any of us wants when we are spending our money.
