  Outstanding experience. We had a leak in the bedroom in our basement. We had worked with Melton construction a couple years ago, had a good experience, and they referred us to Red Truck Restoration. Josh came out several times to evaluate the problem, bringing along a plumber or others as needed. My husband was out of town at the time, and with a full time job and two young kids, arranging meetings like this can be challenging. Josh was highly flexible on timing and worked around my schedule, which was enormously helpful. They cut into the walls to find the source of the problem, but they were conservative in this and did not do anything without my explicit approval. After it became clear that our home insurance would not cover our claim, and there was no immediate more dramatic flooding threat, Josh was very straight in telling me that it'd be more cost-effective for us to hire a general contractor for a bathroom renovation, rather than him becoming more deeply involved in an expensive cleanup effort.
